It has the power to pull you in or push you away.
So it will come as no surprise to learn that your voice is influenced by your mind, your body and your emotions. I like to call it the '3 fold instrument'.
I think as worship leaders there is even more onus on us to put our best voice forward. Not only for us, as the vocalist, but for every listener under the sound of our voice. Why? Because no one wants to hear messed up vocals, especially when trying to concentrate on worshipping.
