Vocal damage can creep up on you unawares, especially if you are not in tune with your voice and it's natural abilities. In all the belting, runs, riffs, distortion and high notes, you may not have noticed that your vocals are subtly changing, ie tone has changed or range has dropped.

So Christmas is a few days away and worship leaders are gearing up for extra church services that always occur this time of the year. My church has an extra 3 services PLUS 3 carol singing sessions. For many churches there can be DOUBLE that depending how big the church is.
So I've been thinking about the best items I need to have to hand to get through the next 2 weeks.
The items need to be:
- handy and be able to fit in my pocket or handbag.
- accessible and does not need any technical expertise; simple to use and store
